1) Subscription Fees
Billing terms applicable to activated subscriptions.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
- By purchasing, user agrees to policy.
- Post-activation refunds generally ineligible except listed exceptions.
2) Free Trial
Evaluate before committing to a paid plan.
- Offer free trial/demo to evaluate platform and features before purchase.
- Encourage exploration during trial period before subscribing.
3) Cancellation Policy
Clear cancellation process and billing behavior.
- Cancel anytime via account settings.
- Service remains active until end of current billing period.
- No additional charges after cancellation effective.
- Cancellation does not automatically qualify for refund.
4) Exceptions
Limited cases where refund review may be allowed.
- Refunds may be considered for verified technical/billing error.
- Service not delivered due to Neugen System fault.
- Approved requests reviewed case-by-case.
