1. Use of Service

• You must use Neugen System only for lawful business and operational purposes in compliance with applicable regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting access credentials, and all activity under your workspace.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Neugen System platform or related infrastructure.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to certain Neugen System features may require an active paid subscription plan selected by your organization.
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen cycle, and you agree to provide valid payment details for timely processing.
• Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, paid fees are non-refundable after billing and may change with prior notice.

3. License

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, Neugen System grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business use only.

You may not:

• Resell any part of Neugen System services without explicit written permission.
• Distribute, publish, or make platform materials available to unauthorized third parties.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, logic, or architecture.
• Modify, copy, exploit, or create derivative works from Neugen System software or content without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software components, trademarks, branding elements, documentation, and technology used within Neugen System are and remain the exclusive property of Neugen System and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or representation of these intellectual assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

• Neugen System may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
• You may discontinue use and request account closure in accordance with your active subscription obligations.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, while provisions related to ownership, liability, and governing law continue to apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neugen System shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with Neugen System services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, India only.
